The purpose of the Spiritual Empowerment Meetup group is to get like-minded folks together to share and learn from each other equally and openly.
We focus on metaphysics, spirituality, positive energy, consciousness-raising, the environment and all things related to holistic health.

You are welcome to bring something to share such as a story, and of course this can mean your own story, a poem, a favorite meditation or practice information. The amount of time you get to share will be loosely dependent upon how many members attend.
As the meetup group organizer, Celeste facilitates most of the meeting. She has been a student of Metaphysics and Spirituality for over 40 years, a facilitator of Energy Healing since 2006, and a teacher of Spiritual Empowerment since 2009.

In this seminal look at the historical development of psychological theory and the human chakra system we will explore a fascinating posit that psychological theory has developed over history, much as a chakra system. Exploring the fascinating connections to each chakra and its corresponding psychological theory provides an exciting in-depth review of both. Experiential exercises will be taught for chakra balancing for clinicians to utilize themselves, as well as teach to clients.
Educational Objectives:
Clinicians will be able to discuss, determine efficacy and potentially apply and/or teach psychological theory andchakra insights in their practice with a variety of patients. Clinicians will be able to introduce chakra and energetic healing techniques which determine the most efficacious approach to treatment. Overcome hesitation to incorporate spiritually-oriented practices into psychotherapy practice.Learn simple exercises that will quickly and effectively elevate client’s (and self) mood and consciousness.
